Nayana joined the Rhodes Trust in 2023 and currently works as the Lifelong Programmes Officer. She works towards bringing the team’s visions to fruition through strategic assessment and collaboration. She also assists the team in delivering events and programmes across various platforms that cater to different sections of the community. As the keeper of the ONHP inbox, Nayana is responsible for the coordination and communication between programme members, on behalf of the Trust.
Prior to the Rhodes Trust, Nayana worked in research and development aimed at minority communities in South Asia. She holds a BA in History and International Relations from Ashoka University, India and an MSc in Modern South Asian Studies from the University of Oxford.
